MARBLEX has embarked on an exciting rebranding journey to redefine its identity within the blockchain gaming ecosystem. As a pioneer under Netmarble, MARBLEX initially focused on rapid development to meet high expectations. However, this growth-centric approach left its brand identity underexplored.
Recognising the need for a transformation, MARBLEX is shifting its focus to the essence of its purpose: creating experiences where “Fun Comes First.” This rebrand isn’t just about visual updates—it’s about establishing a deeper connection with the community and realigning with its mission to prioritize fun, creativity, and engagement.

The Transformation
Our rebranding solution process was paved out by three problems that needed to be fixed:
Losing our Identity in a category of sameness: Updating our visuals and tone to stand out in the industry, not sinking into the brands of others.
Expanding our reach and offering: Taking our brand to a more expanded audience.
Focused on the what rather than the joy of the experience: Bringing in the ‘Why’ rather than the ‘What’
Our rebranding process was guided by three key objectives:
Bring back the focus to gaming and fun: Games are fun. They allow us to escape, explore, and indulge in experiences we can’t in real life.
Become an approachable entry point to web3/blockchain: The combination of web3 and blockchain technology allows gamers and makers to freely cross borders as they play, create, collect, own and exchange.
Separate ourselves from the category with a unique identity: A unique solution, The Goblin. A familiar face in the world of fantasy and gaming. Core to our brand DNA as the embodiment of fun, indulgence, and the true freedom of a web3 playground.
Before and After
Logo: From technical and thin to dynamic and bold.
Colors: From blue, purplish gradient tones to vibrant, high-energy hues with a strong neon green.
Mascot: Introducing the MARBLEX Goblin – cheeky, fun, and full of personality.
UIUX: Easier and clearer service UI and simpler user journey for services.
