Black Diamond

Black Diamond is a mileage-exclusive currency that can only be purchased at the Pixel Tamerz Webshop. Black Diamonds purchased at the Webshop can be claimed in the in-game mailbox and used within the game.

How to Claim and Exchange

Purchase at Webshop → Claim at game mailbox → ① Use at in-game Black Diamond shop OR ② Exchange for gMBX at MBX Station

• Exchange is one-way only. Once Black Diamonds are exchanged for gMBX, they cannot be reverted back to Black Diamonds.

Step 1. Purchase Black Diamonds at the Webshop

1. Access the Webshop.

2. Log in with the exact same account you are using in the game.

3. Select the product and proceed with the payment.

4. After the payment is complete, access the game to check if you have received it.

* If the login account is different, Black Diamonds will be distributed to a different account, and transfer between accounts is impossible. Please make sure to check the logged-in account information before payment.

Step 2. Claim from the Game Mailbox

1. Launch the game and log in with the account you used for the purchase.

2. Go to the [Mailbox] menu.

3. Claim the Black Diamonds.

4. Check if the balance is reflected in the currency area on the top right of the screen.

* It may take up to 5 minutes for the mail to arrive. If it is not verified, please reconnect to the game.

Step 3. Access MBX Station

1. Access [MBX Station]. (Please make sure to access the official address.)

2. Log in with the same account as your game account.

3. Check the top right corner to ensure the logged-in account and the [linked game account] are correct.

Step 4. Exchange Black Diamonds for gMBX

1. Go to the [Exchange] menu.

2. Select the [Game Name] > Black Diamond → gMBX exchange option.

3. Check your Black Diamond balance and enter the amount you wish to exchange.

4. Check the exchange rate, fee, and final gMBX amount to be acquired displayed on the screen.

5. Press [Exchange], double-check the details in the confirmation window, and press [Confirm].

* Exchanges cannot be canceled or withdrawn, and reverse exchange from gMBX to Black Diamonds is not supported. Please proceed after confirming whether you need to leave some for in-game use.

Step 5. Check gMBX Distribution

1. Check your gMBX balance in the MBX Station [My Assets] menu.

2. It may take up to [5] minutes for the exchange to be processed.

3. You can check the processing status in the [Exchange History] menu.

Precautions

• Black Diamond → gMBX exchange is not available in some countries/regions.

• gMBX → Black Diamond reverse exchange is not supported. Exchange is one-way only.

• gMBX exchange is only available on MBX Station and cannot be done in-game.

• Exchanges cannot be canceled or withdrawn. Please be sure to check the exchange amount and fees before proceeding.

• Black Diamonds are bound to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred to another account.

• The maintenance schedule for MBX Station is separate from the game's maintenance schedule. Exchange is unavailable during maintenance.

• The expiration date for Black Diamonds is March 26, 2027.

• Currencies acquired or exchanged through abnormal methods may be subject to retrieval and usage restrictions.

• The exchange pool for converting Black Diamonds to gMBX is scheduled to open on October 8, 2026. However, the opening schedule is subject to change due to internal circumstances.

• The gMBX/MBX exchange rate and value of Black Diamonds may fluctuate according to market price changes in the cryptocurrency market, and we do not guarantee any resulting market profits or losses.
